Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Campaignly (the “Service”), a Shopify app operated by PapaThemes (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Campaignly lets Shopify merchants schedule discounts and promotions — applying price changes before, during, and after a campaign, and reverting them automatically when the campaign ends. Features include flat and tiered discounts, product selection, a storefront countdown, and campaign reporting.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is available to merchants with an active Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service.

3. Billing

All charges for the Service are processed exclusively through the Shopify Billing API. We do not collect payment information directly and do not bill you through any off-platform method. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring (typically monthly) basis as shown in the app.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from within the app; plan changes take effect through Shopify’s billing flow.
  • Uninstalling the app cancels the recurring charge.

4. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Shopify’s policies. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is available by email at support@campaignly.papathemes.com. We target a response time of 24 hours for paid plans and 48 hours for the free plan.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by PapaThemes and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. You retain all rights to your store data.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PapaThemes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other merchants, Shopify, or us. On termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PapaThemes is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
